KVKK Aydınlatma Metni (Personal Data Processing Disclosure)

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), this Disclosure Text describes the procedures and principles governing the processing of personal data by VELORA as the Data Controller.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by the VELORA Service Provider in compliance with KVKK parameters. Correspondence can be directed to support@grandzeit.de.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data (email address, IP address, and transaction logs) is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing, hosting, and maintaining user account access,
- Securing the application architecture and preventing fraudulent access,
- Fulfilling legal obligations under national regulations.
3. Data Security and Cryptographic Isolation
All relationship memories, documents, and assets are encrypted client-side in the user's browser using AES-256-GCM prior to being saved. This encrypted text does not constitute "Personal Data" in readable form for the Data Controller since we do not possess the decryption keys.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not transferred to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with authorized public institutions if requested in accordance with legal procedures.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to check if your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, and request correction or deletion. Requests can be sent to support@grandzeit.de.
